Thanks for your feature request! I believe this is for ONTRAmail, our block-style email editor. We do have a project to improve the ONTRAmail editor to make it more flexible, so it is on our roadmap.
We also have the HTML Email editor that is similar to the editor used here in the Feature Requests forum. While ONTRAmail is easy to use to make mobile responsive email, it does have it's limitations. The HTML Email editor lets you do almost anything you want to do, but it is also harder to create emails that look good on both mobile and desktop email clients. It is the choice when you have the raw HTML for a mobile responsive email from a template company or a developer; you can paste the code into the "source" mode window and the email is created.
Those are two extremes, one very easy to use and one more suited to developers. Our coming update will make ONTRAmail much more flexible, so stay tuned!
