Hi,
We have had several minor outages with the Ontraport interface or with API connections yet https://trust.ontraport.com/ never seems to show any issues with the App Performance.
I then contact support via chat and they confirm there is a server issue or outage.
Can you improve this status page to actually show when minor outages are happening?
Perhaps with a timeline log of when the outage started, what the cause is, and the current plan for correction?
It would save me from contacting support every time this happens.
It would also allow me to "trust" the status page... I expect outages, but I also expect them to be acknowledged so that we can work around them.
Thanks!

Hi Russ,
We are working on a better Status page that can indicate regional or partial issues that affect only a segment of our application. We have a bit more granularity on our https://status.ontraport.com page with "Cluster 1" through "Cluster 4" health shown, but we would like to get even finer detail than that.
Eventually we'd like to get to the point where a check of your individual account can be made from the external page. That's a longer term project, but you should see better real time status for partial issues by the end of Q3.
Thanks Frank. I look forward to this.
I find the status page for ConvertKit helpful as it also shows the history of issues:
