Multiple Email Addresses Per Contact

We have many clients with multiple email addresses who would like their email correspondence sent to more than one of them, ie: work and personal email or multiple personal email accounts.  I would like the ability to be able to have multiple email addresses for a single contact to address this.  Having duplicate contact to manage this is unworkable for many reasons including fulfillment and task duplication.
