Allow ONTRAPORT customers to change usernames for login

Currently, if an ONTRAPORT customer creates a second user seat you must contact Support if you want to change the login username email address. We can change the email address for the user profile but it does NOT change the login username.

It makes sense for the admin seat to not be changeable but we have staff that come and go. Each time we have to contact Support to have them change the username, provide the security questions, etc. Time consuming, odd (feels like a bug more than a feature request) and I've never seen any other software app where I can't change my own username.

I second this. We have team members come and go, and change roles, and we need to be able to transfer all their user data to another person without having to contact customer support.

The biggest issue is that changing the email address doesn't change the login email address, so it's out of whack with no visual/behavioural feedback as to why. That's why this is a bug. It creates such cognitive dissonance as to not be possible to call it "working".

A working implementation of the current situation would be being unable to change it at all.
