Campaign Builder - Search Function Request

Hi Team!

It would be fantastic if we were able to run a Search in a Campaign for a specific Contact's email address, and be shown exactly which elements they are currently on at the time of search. 

Since Campaigns can be large, with Contacts existing in multiple places due to Triggers, Goals, and Forks, this would be very useful.
