Contacts: Swap Fields

Hi Team! 

The "Update Field" action is awesome in Group Actions, but it would be great to be able to dynamically swap fields in Contact Records. 

For example, lets say there's the main email field, but there's also a preferred email field. I have a group of contacts who want their main email on the account to be the preferred email. It would be great to be able to mass-swap these fields, without having to do it one-by-one, or process of export and then re-import.
