Push group column settings to all users

When creating a group and and adding columns in a certain order and spacing . then share with everyone as editable  or not editable. The columns  added , ordered and sized dont show to others as we made for them.

 

Need an option to Push group column settings to all users .  In this case we are making groups for sales and operations so they can all track things the same.
