API: New Endpoint to retrieve specific stats for a partner's unique promo tool URL

The API is capable of retrieving the all time stats for a partner, as well as the all time stats for a promo tool. Can an API endpoint be added to retrieve a partner's stats for their unique promo tool, rather than just the separate overall stats?
