Add 'does not contain' operators to Emails Opened and Emails Clicked

GREEN Admin

So that we can more easily manage our list of people who have not opened our emails, it would be nice if these Group categories, Emails Opened/Clicked, could have 'does not contain' operators in addition to the contains option.

@nicole, Not true! It's easy to resend to non-openers in Ontraport and you definitely don't need a tag!

Instead of explaining all the different ways you can do that, I'll suggest that you share you specific use case with the Facebook community (https://facebook.com/ontraportusercommunity) and you'll get plenty of input that will save you tons of time. It'll be helpful if you explain your goal and current process there.

Just as a quickie: did you know you can click on the number of 'not opened' or 'not clicked' in the messages collection and get directly to that list of contacts, no tags required!?

This would be extremely useful and should be a standard part of any email marketing provider.

Most major email platforms have the ability to "resend to non-openers" for any campaign. It has been a very effective part of my email marketing strategy for more opens/clicks/conversions.

In order to do that now, you have to create a tag based on who received and opened an email. And then create a group that does not have that tag. FOR EVERY EMAIL CAMPAIGN. It's soooo tedious.

And then if you schedule it for later and someone opens between the time you created the tag and sent the email, it's not even accurate anyways.
