I want to know if there is an email address I an add in BBC when im emailing my clients which puts my email and their response into their ontraport file in the Notes Section. I need to automate this as its taking a long time for me and my Assistant to do so. Can you help and point us in the right direction to set this up

We need it to go into the notes section not the contact history as we want is visible and easy to read and search

I have been using Ontra for 8 years and this needs to happen, as its taking so much time to copy and past communication,

PLEASE give us the option to receive CC's and BCC's of emails sent on our behalf!

This is basic functionality included in CRM's like Active Campaign that are a very small fraction of the cost.
