Request for feature to copy Notes section

Hello,

I run a transmission business where a dozen staff members write notes on in-depth warranty updates while on the phone with customers. I really like your Notes section. I like it so much that I want to make 2 or 3 copies of it so that all of my reps can add notes that are both time stamped, date stamped and show the name of the rep who posted the note. Your support staff created a custom section for me with multiple long text fields, but this is not the same as the Notes section and I really need these stamps for my business. I would like to hire an additional 20 reps for my business and your support has offered me a discount on additional users but I need an automated way to keep track of all of their records that are logged.
