Allow copying trigger and following logic between campaigns

I see value in being able to copy a vertical section of an existing campaign to a new campaign I'm creating, e.g. an abandoned cart trigger section and all the logic beneath it. This would alleviate having to reproduce common logic I've previously debugged when I create a new campaign.

To clarify, this would be like how you can copy a block from an existing page, except this would be copy a trigger (and blocks below it) from an existing campaign.
