FollowSelecting an Email Address to Send an Invoice
NOTE: This Feature Request was submitted by Quang Lam from Support on behalf of Suzie De Mesa in response to a ticket with Support
Issue: Currently, an Invoice can be sent to only the Contact's Email address (both during a purchase, subsequent Invoices for Open Orders, or re-sending the Invoice via the Purchases tab.
Request: Allow a different email address, or multiple email addresses to be selected when an Invoice is sent. A pop-up box asking for the Email address to be sent the Invoice would be ideal.

This would be so helpful. Our business (and i would guess many) deal with clients that are not the financial decision maker/payer for services. Think any business that deals with children / Age care / Adults with learning difficulties / Disability.
In our business 80% of our clients are children and 20% adults who need carers. Because of the limitation OP has to only send payment invoices to the contact email we have had to bypass OP's indigenous invoice system and build an entirely separate invoicing system using campaigns and emails. We've managed so far but it adds many custom fields and complexity to our account - lots moire potential for error. A whole bunch of complexity to keep up with all because we can't select to send payment invoices to an alternative email to the standard contact email.
Since OP invoices are emails and the functionality is built for Ontramail it can't be too hard to switch this ability on. Please, Please Pretty Please!
This would be extremely helpful! If we have a CC dispute, I need to be able to submit a copy of the invoice with the documentation. I would love to be able to send to myself so that I could save it.
