ability to use order forms without an active payment method

It would be great to have the option to add a custom custom payment provider to order forms.

A couple of use cases where this would be invaluable -

1) For wholesale customers with credit accounts who pay via bank transfer / cheque 30 days post order etc.  or orders that are cash on delivery terms.  

2) To send out products via the fulfilment automation that aren't directly chargeable e.g. brochures or sample packs to stockists.

In ecommerce carts like shopify / woocommerce you can configure payment options for this easily.  I know ontraport isn't ecommerce as such but this would be a really useful feature because of the automation you can do after the order in Ontraport.
