Making Tags Easier to Manage

It would be so great if there was an easier way to manage the Tags.  I use tags a lot to integrate with AccessAlly. Right now the tags are not in alphabetical order so it is hard to quickly find the tag I'm looking for.  I would be great to be able to sort them.  I have accidentally deleted tags by clicking on the x with no confirmation - especially when there is more that one tag I wanted to remove - because I remove one tag and the go to remove the next tag, but by that time the whole list has shifted and reordered so I end up deleting the wrong tag and have to search the whole list again because the order has changed.  It is very frustrating.   Please, please, please can you make finding, sorting and deleting tags easier to manage?

I would like the ability to sort Tags and Sequences on the Contact Record alphabetically as well. Each of our programs and opt-ins receives a tag and it is really hard to find tags when you are scrolling through dozens. I also would like the ability to alphabetize the programs listed for each customer under the Memberships tab. Same issue - so many (several recurring) and really hard to sort through and find what the customer has. Makes sorting out issues/problems difficult.

 

Since Purchases can be sorted by date or name, why can't this ability be added to these other areas as well?

I agree. I think the Tags part of the system could use some help. I'd like to be able to sort tags in the tag list AND on the contact record. In fact, it's weird to me that the list doesn't show up alphabetically by default. I'd like to be able to put tags into categories and be able to sort on the category or only show a specific category (or categories). And I'd like to see a description associated with the tag.
