Unique Fields on Plus Level Accounts

Currently Unique Fields are only available if Custom Objects are enabled, however as Plus level accounts now have the ability to enable "Deals" and "Companies" objects, it would be highly useful to be able to mark fields as unique to avoid duplication of records under those objects.
