Sort Messages by Open Rate, Rather Than Only Opens

Elizabeth Davidson

When viewing the messages collection we would like to be able to sort by open rate (% of opens compared to sends) rather than only sorting by number of opens.

This is important to us because we have many different contact segments that we mail to, each of them varying in size. When looking at message stats, we prefer to look for trends that make messages affective, rather than the raw number of opens.

Please to leave a comment.

YES! I would love to see a new column for open rate percentage. This would allow my marketing team to find out which emails are working best. Number of opens doesnt really matter as much. Open rate percentage is wayyy more important! Hope this is implemented ASAP!

Yes please! :D This would be super useful to view most popular subject lines.

The current method of sorting by number of opens seems somewhat of an irrelevant metric because it means as your list grows, the 'open rate' goes up (according to this sort method).

PS for anyone wanting a manual workaround for this - copy paste the subject lines you want to compare into a spreadsheet, create two empty columns next to the open rate, then copy it from one to the other and click the little "paste" dialogue box that shows up. Select "split text to columns" (if it doesn't detect automatically, select "space"). Then "find and replace" all the "-" in that column.

Bit of a mission and has to be updated with every new subject line - but better than nothing!
