Metrics Where You Can Click on Groups Over 100k

I would be able to pull groups of contacts that show up on metrics that have over 100k contacts on them. Currently the only way to be able to find a group of contacts who have received a message within a specific time frame is to use a Dashboard Metric, however my groups are larger than 100k, so I cannot pull in an actual group of contacts that fit the conditions on my metric.
