Email Attachments Being Added to Contact Records

Hello,

Please create a feature that will add files to a Contact record when he/she emails it to you as an attachment.

We have been looking at ways to get rid of Freshdesk and the updates that OP has made makes it almost easier to do. Unfortunately, we then do not have a single group inbox to see communications from clients and to receive their attachments. We know about the Dropbox ONTRAPORT integration that adds links to Dropbox files using Merge Fields, but we would love to be able to pull any attachment emailed to us from a Contact record. So that we can just use ONTRAPORT.
