Improved note handling in campaigns

Current Situation: You can add note elements and/or add a note within each campaign element.

Problem(s):

* The note elements are very large in their minimum size

* There's no feedback as to whether an element has a note or not

* If an element does have a note, you have to click in to see what it says

Solution(s):

Some/all of:

* Reduce the minimum size of the standalone note element (e.g. like any other drawing tool draw.io, lucidchart etc)

* Allow typing/drawing directly on the canvas, not inside a notes 'container'

* Show a visual indicator (e.g. attachment icon) when an element has a note inside it

* Display the first x characters of said note if it exists
