PDF handling - option to open in browser on download

A lot of our content is delivered via PDF.

We have started using Ontraport to host these files, however when the user clicks the link to download the PDF, it will download into their default folder (e.g. Downloads).

Many users do not notice and invariably email us reporting our links being broken or that they cannot access the content.

It would be good if OP-hosted PDF files had the option to open in browser (like Dropbox does, for example) rather than automatically downloading into the user's default downloads folder.
