Tag Manager Expanded Functionality

This request is on behalf of  Erica Kennon: The client would like the ability to see which tags are associated with which campaigns and also a history of deleted tags.

Use Case:Users can accidentally delete a tag and effect many automations without knowing where to go to replace them.
It is common for mature accounts to have many live automations and pinpointing a tag among many campaigns is difficult.
