Feature Request: Verify Phone Number on Forms

Currently if you include a phone number field in a form and make it a required field, the user only has to type 1 number to submit the form. There's no setting to verify it's the correct number of digits. 

I'm requesting an update pictured below: A flag to select country code and ensure correct formatting and valid number.
