FEATURE REQUEST: Sharing Canned Messages

As the account administrator, I'd like to create canned messages and define which users or roles have access to certain ones.

My use case is as follows: 

My sales people can use canned messages pre-populated in their account but have the ability to add personal links and add personal copy based on the conversation and materials requested by the client. The general template gives them the structure and wording but canned messages gives them the ability to customize. 

As the administrator if I need to make changes to the copy, I want it to automatically update across all user accounts who have access. Going account by account like I have to do now is very time consuming and leaves room for errors.
