LiveChat function

Ability to change the LiveChat transcript email address when I open LiveChat.

I direct all support communications to a specific email for multiple accounts.

In the old chat I could change the transcript email address when I opened the chat window to make sure I didn't forget once the chat started.  Now the option to change the transcript email is grayed out.
