Ability to Edit a Transaction, esp the Associated Credit Card

When a subscription plan transaction goes into "collections", it would be quite helpful if the transaction could be edited, at least to be able to change the credit card associated with the transaction to any of the credit cards in the contact's account. A subscription can be edited to use the new credit card, but the transaction cannot.
