Yes, I second this! I'm sending all transactional emails, and I hate that the footer is there.

Remove Unsub Footer on Transactional Emails

This is a request to have the option to remove the Manage Your Subscription footer from emails that are marked as transactional.
Since contacts can't unsubscribe from transactional emails, it is misleading for the contact.
