In Open Orders report add a “totals” column showing expected revenue due.

Currently the Open Orders report shows the number of payments remaining and that payment amount.  The expected deferred revenue can be calculated manually by multiplying the remaining payments by the payment amount.  Would be nice if Ontraport calculated this automatically in a column of the report.
