Right now, the profile image only shows up in Quick View mode, and not in the individual Contact Record view. For our team, this request is to have the profile image show up in contact record view.

Profile Image not showing in contact information
I see in the field editor that profile image is available as a feature in contact information section, however, it does not actually show. Here is a screencast: https://screencast-o-matic.
