Bulk Input Mode

Left field idea.

In list view on any object, it would be great to have a toggle to enter 'Bulk Input Mode' and have an interface like Excel or AirTable, where I can enter data directly in the list view, without having to go into the detail view for each record.

This would enable very quick updates of data in a single screen, just like people use a spreadsheet as a "CRM".

An example that prompted this - wanting to type different values into the same text field for dozens of contacts. It would be 100x quicker to do the above, as opposed to one at a time. It took 30s just to open 10 tabs. Plus extra time to find the right field, fill in its value and close the tab, then go back to the main screen and refresh to check they're all correct.

Especially as OntraPort doesn't have persistent menu navigation, so for most people would involve even more clicks and waits. (Yes, I can use tabs, but then I also need to refresh to keep track of what I've actually changed).
