Pinned Notes

Having the ability to pin a note in the contact record, ensuring that it's always on top, and maybe even a slightly different color to draw attention to it would be SUPER USEFUL.

I have a situation where a client has a really special billing consideration, so I find myself having to leave a new note in the contact record, for a change that I've made, and then I'm going to copy/paste the really important note that I feel should ALWAYS be visible, so it doesn't get lost in the mix.
