ALLOW DRAG-DROP USERS IN CAMPAIGNS- for when they get stuck in a step

Sometimes campaigns glitch and customers get stuck in a step- or end up in the wrong step. I would like the ability to drag the user and drop them in the step I need them to be in a campaign without having to create a "GO TO" trigger and then delete it after (too much work). Drag and drop would be simple.
