adding more regions to the State field

Will you all consider adding more regions to the State field? The Country field is pretty robust but the lack of region support can make global verticals like Horoscopes less effective and personalize-able.

My (rather ambitious) suggestion is that if Country is present and selected, the State field should automatically update to list the regions available to that country.
