CC field - letters accepted

This is a request to allow letters in the CC field, so that Maestro credit cards can be accepted. Maestro CC numbers also include letters, and most gateways today accept Maestro but Ontraport forms don't currently allow it.

In this example, for clients that use Stripe and have a lot of EU customers, they will be unable to accept payment from those with Maestro.
