Better visibility into tags

Hello!

 

I would love to have more visibility into how my tags are being used in the following ways:

  1. Ability to click on a tag and see what contacts have that tag
  2. Ability to know what tags are used in campaigns (use case: wanting to delete a tag and making sure that it won't 'break' an automation somewhere)

Hi Jane, 

Unless I misunderstood your comment you can do both of the things you mentioned.
1) You can create groups based on the tag(s) they have revealing the contacts with that tag. So, might not be able to click on the tag but still doable.

2) In the systems tab, you can add campaigns and then let the system find the related assets including tags.
