Allow payment gateway changes on multiple order forms at once

It'd be useful to be able to update a payment gateway on multiple order forms at once. I got a new gateway and it was time consuming to change the payment gateway on lots of order forms. 

Additionally, it'd be helpful if I change my default payment gateway that a prompt is given asking if I'd like to change the gateway on order forms that have the default gateway. In similar fashion to a global block that alerts me to update it on all associated pages.
