Identify contacts who have NEVER opened an email

An element block or way to filter/track whether or not ANY customer has every opened ANY email at any given time. Or to remove date limitations on dashboard so that the search criteria can be for all time and not only 1 year.

The easiest way to do this currently would be to create a Campaign and tag the contacts who have never opened or clicked on an email. Then set the block to display to anyone with the appropriate tag. An example is shown below.  

Adding all contacts to that campaign would result in them being filtered and the appropriate tags being added. 

To make it evergreen, add a Trigger for an email open set to "any contact in account" and "move here when triggered" and add the open tag (and delete the "no opens or clicks" tag). Add another trigger for any email link clicks. These can be on the same campaign map as the image above.
