Taxes column for open order report

Feature request placed on behalf of Colton Trautz.

Client is requesting a "Taxes" or "Next Tax $" within the Sales > Reports > Open Orders section of their account.

They're aware of a secret collection for "Orders" in the app (https://app.ontraport.com/#!/order/listAll) that contains a column for "Next Tax $", and are wondering if that can be implemented in the app's Open Orders collection as well.

Usecase: To determine how much tax would be applied to the next purchase in their open order collection.
