Selection of multiple groups for sending a message.

I have segmented my contacts into groups based on tags.
If I want to send an email to multiple groups I have to select the group, select email, select the message and then send now or later.

It'd be a great feature (for me and possible others like me) to be able to select multiple groups who I want to send a single message to in one shot.
