Membership - Password setter form - Remove or validate name fields

Currently, Membership sites send an email for users to set their password. The form itself contains fields for First Name, Last Name, Password, Password Confirm.

It would be nice to either remove First Name and Last Name - or be able to validate them.

I understand First Name, Last Name is used for "open enrollment" cases, however I keep having customers after ordering go thru this form and their autofill sets the first or last name to their email address for whatever reason.
