UK Counties / US States

Hi, 

Please could you add UK Counties to the "State" list?

My business info displays as "state not listed" and so do my cutstomer billing and shipping addresses, which is causing me problems.

I can see there have been requests before to change this to cover more countries - please could this feature be added?
