Calendar feature wanted: Maximize Availability *with Priority*

I would love a Calendar option to Maximize Availability with Priority. I would set priority levels on my salespeople. The calendar would show all available slots, but if two salespeople are both available for the same slot the higher priority person gets the call.

I have two equally good salespeople right now. They would essentially get round robin treatment if they're both available. My third salesperson unfortunately isn't as good. He would be marked lower priority. If he were available on a time slot with one of the other two, they would get the call.
