I'm struggling with the same thing! Having a date option vs global options would be SO HELPFUL and appreciated!

Calendar / Booking Pages
It would be helpful to have the ability to set specific dates as available on different booking pages that are using the same google calendar to reference for availability.
Because currently, blocking off time on our google calendar impacts the availability for other booking pages using that calendar.
