I agree this would be highly useful. I know other systems have a function like this too.

Create Group based on contacts who have NOT opened certain emails
I'm looking for an easy way to create a group based on contacts who have not opened a number of specific emails. You have "Emails Opened", but not "Emails NOT Opened". This would be an extremely useful feature, please consider adding asap.

Totally agree. Currently, you can only choose "Emails Received Contains 'Email X'." It's very frustrating to not be able to choose "Emails Received Does NOT Contain Email X."
