Hello, rather than just having a dialogue box pop up to confirm the deletion of the contact, please add a feature that requires users to type the word "DELETE" or something. Our users sometime think they are deleting an appointment on the calendar, but they actually delete the contact. There has to be more than just the pop up dialogue box.
We do require that if you try to delete more than one, but it feels like too much of a burden for a single contact.
However, you can set user permissions so that they are not allowed to delete contacts.
