Suppress Emails

I would like a way to suppress emails/profiles, such as those unsubscribed or inactive, so the emails do not count towards the email limit.  I know systems like Klaviyo have this.  The jump between plans is quite high, and when doing bigger lead gen programs, it has become a problem without jumping up in the plan (rather than just adding a small fee for more emails.)
