Make Full Links Visible with Mouseover in Advanced Mail Editor

In the new Advanced Mail editor, it would be nice if full links were visible:

• On mouseover in the pre-Publish preview—but they just say "javascript://"
• On mousever of the linked element in the editor—currently, only buttons work this way; text links and images do not
• On mouseover of the URL field
• In the URL field when editing a link—it's too small to display most links in full

Our emails contain very long links with merge fields and ID numbers, like episode-nnnn and we must double-check to ensure that these links are correct.

However, the URL preview and edit boxes are too small to see the full links, so I have to scroll sideways to see the entire link. Mouseover would be much better. 

It would also be nice if the URL field for editing links was longer and wrapped to multiple lines, so I don't have to arrow sideways to see the entire link.
