Added Inbox features

Request on behalf of Live and Invest Overseas.

For Inbox, they would like to see the following features to improve Inbox:

1. Sort out emails that are not part of the conversation ie. only see the newest message and not emails sent by marketing.

2. Be able to confirm which email we are responding to, particularly in cases where the customer has sent multiple emails.

3. See who the forwarded email is being sent to.

4. Ability to forward emails from a customer’s inbox message to another email user to respond.
