As of now, the "Default Invoice" button sends our newest invoice interface, but the "From" information is locked to be the Contact Owner. Customer would like the ability to edit/customize the sender information which shows at the top left corner of the invoice.

Yes please. I'd also like the ability to remove/edit the contact's bill to address in the invoice as we don't collect contact addresses and so this is sometimes randomly filled with incorrect city, postcode etc. The ability to edit the invoice email subject line would also be handy 'Invoice #41: Payment Due on 20/11/2025' is a good start but I'd like to add my company name so it's super clear who the invoice is from
Hi Chris! We just updated the send from to the account owner on ticket #34765 after receiving this feature request. We're also planning on adding this option to the invoice settings in the future.
