Add more options to wait function in Campaigns

For actions that repeat only once a month in a campaign like send a maiil every first Monday or last  Friday of a month, campaigns could be built much easier it there would be the option 1st, 2nd, 3rd , 4th or last {weeK Day} of a month in the WAIT function. Thanks for adding
